Welcome to Rentzoi (the “Platform”, “App”, or “Website”), operated and managed by Yogidigitech Private Limited (referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Yogidigitech Private Limited and you (“User”, “Customer”, “Renter”, or “you”). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using our mobile application, website, or offline handover desks to book two-wheeler rentals, accommodations, adventure sports, or event tickets, you agree to be governed by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform or any associated services.
The Platform & Role of Rentzoi
1. Aggregator & Service Provider
Rentzoi acts as a technology platform that provides:
- Self-driven two-wheeler (motorcycle and scooter) rental solutions.
- Booking facilitation for accommodations (hotels, resorts, homestays, and river/hill campsites).
- Booking access to outdoor/adventure activities (such as river rafting, bungee jumping, trekking, cliff jumping).
- Ticketing and access to local experiences, social gatherings, wellness retreats, and yoga sessions.
2. Third-Party Vendors
While vehicle fleets may be directly managed or partner-operated under strict Rentzoi SLAs, third-party service providers (hotel operators, certified adventure guides, event organizers, and yoga instructors) operate as independent contractors. Rentzoi acts as a marketplace facilitator for such third-party services.
Eligibility & Account Registration
1. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to book any service on the Platform.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and profile data. Any activity under your account will be considered authorized by you.
3. Identity Verification (KYC)
Users are required to upload valid government-issued identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) prior to booking confirmation.
Self-Driven Two-Wheeler Rental Terms
3.1. Driver License & Verification
- The Renter must possess an original, valid, non-expired Driving License (DL) authorized for Two-Wheelers with Gear / Without Gear in India.
- International visitors must present a valid passport, valid visa, and an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their home country driving license.
- Learning Licenses (LLR) are strictly not accepted. Handover will be refused without refund if a valid DL is not produced at pickup.
3.2. Vehicle Handover, Inspection & Security Deposit
Condition Check: The Renter must inspect the vehicle, note existing scratches, dents, or defects, and ensure tire and brake functionality prior to signing/accepting the digital handover form.
Security Deposit: Rentzoi charges a refundable security deposit per vehicle. Deposits will be refunded within [3 to 7 working days] post-return, subject to inspection, fuel adjustments, challans, or damage assessments.
3.3. Fuel & Kilometer Policy
Fuel: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level recorded during vehicle pickup. No cash reimbursement will be provided for excess fuel returned.
Speed & Boundary Restrictions: Vehicles must not exceed legal speed limits (standard platform cap: 70 km/h on open highways, or local mountain speed advisories). GPS tracking is active across the fleet.
3.4. Traffic Violations & Challans
The Renter is solely responsible for all traffic fines, e-challans, towing penalties, parking fees, and legal liabilities incurred during the rental tenure. Rentzoi reserves the right to charge these dues directly to the Renter’s security deposit or registered payment method.
3.5. Prohibited Use
The Renter shall not:
- Operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating substances (Zero-Tolerance Policy).
- Sub-lease, rent out, or permit any unauthorized third party to drive the vehicle.
- Use the vehicle for commercial delivery, racing, stunts, towage, or unlawful transit.
- Carry more than one pillion rider (both riders must wear BIS/ISI-certified helmets at all times as mandated by Indian law).
- Take the vehicle outside authorized geographical boundaries without written platform clearance.
Stays, Camping & Accommodation Terms
1. Check-in / Check-out
Standard property check-in and check-out timings apply as displayed on the booking voucher. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to property availability and separate charges.
2. Guest Verification
All guests must carry valid physical government IDs at check-in. Local hotel and campsite policies regarding couples, local ID holders, or quiet hours apply directly.
3. Property Damage
The guest is directly liable for any damage caused to rooms, luxury tents, camping equipment, or property inventory during their stay.
Adventure Activities & Safety Disclaimers
1. Assumption of Inherent Risk
Adventure sports (including but not limited to white-water rafting, bungee jumping, cliff jumping, kayaking, and high-altitude trekking) carry inherent physical hazards. By booking, you acknowledge these risks voluntarily.
2. Medical Fitness
The User warrants that they are physically fit and free from medical conditions that could endanger them (including cardiac disorders, severe asthma, epilepsy, spinal injuries, or pregnancy).
3. Safety Briefings & Equipment
Users must strictly comply with instructions given by certified guides and wear all mandatory personal protective equipment (life jackets, helmets, harnesses). Refusal to adhere to safety protocol will result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
4. Safety Waiver
Users must execute the operator's digital or physical Liability Waiver before participating.
Events, Parties & Yoga Sessions
1. Code of Conduct
Attendees must maintain decorum. The Company and event organizers reserve the right of admission and may remove any attendee displaying disruptive, harassing, or intoxicated behavior without refund.
2. Schedule Adjustments
Session venues or timings for yoga retreats and open-air gatherings may be adjusted due to weather or administrative guidelines; alternate slots will be arranged where practical.
Payments, Fees & Taxes
1. Pricing
All rates displayed on the platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as marked at checkout.
2. Pre-authorizations
Rentzoi may place temporary authorization holds on your payment card or wallet for deposits.

Force Majeure
In the event of road blockages, natural landslides, extreme river levels, weather warnings, or administrative restrictions, Rentzoi will prioritize free rescheduling or platform credits.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
1. Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Yogidigitech Private Limited and Rentzoi shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle accidents, personal physical injury, loss of personal belongings, or operator negligence.
2. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yogidigitech Private Limited, its directors, employees, and fleet partners against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, traffic infractions, reckless driving, or unauthorized activities.
Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, software code, design layouts, logos, brand names, visual interfaces, and content related to Rentzoi are the exclusive intellectual property of Yogidigitech Private Limited. No user may scrape, duplicate, modify, or distribute platform assets without written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of Rentzoi shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.
